With The Negotiator Awards around the corner, the shortlist has been announced and we are incredibly pleased for our clients who have been nominated in the ‘Website of the Year’ category. Charters, Coppenwall and Knightsbridge, all of whom use WordPress and Property Hive, are among the shortlisted sites. That means 3 of the 19 (over 15%) of the websites nominated use Property Hive; something we’re quite proud of.
Charters Estate Agents
Charters Estate Agents released their website in 2018. It is a clean and modern design with a strong focus on imagery and professional photography. This combined with slick animation and easy navigation makes it a joy to use.
The property search functionality on this WordPress site is powered using Property Hive and takes advantage of the following add ons:
– Property Import – Used to automatically import properties from their third party software provider. This is one of the larger imports we’ve seen with nearly 1,000 properties but the import script handles it no problem.
– Map Search – As well as having list and grid views available, this add on also gives users the ability to view their property search results on map.
– Property Shortlist – Allows users to save properties of interest for quick access at a later date.

Knightsbridge Estate Agents
Knightsbridge Estate Agents put their new website live earlier this year. Their Website is memorable, professional and straight to the point, using visually interesting animation and sophisticated design for a sleek looking, user friendly website.
This site uses the Houzez theme and is a great example of our Houzez Data Bridge in action. Data is imported from their third party software into Property Hive using our Property Import add on, but is then synced to the Houzez theme automatically. As Houzez don’t offer the ability to import properties, Property Hive acts as the middle man allowing the estate agent to use their desired theme without needing bespoke development to generate import scripts.

Coppenwall Estate Agents
The Coppenwall website is the most recent website to go live using Property Hive.
– Property Import – We used the Property Import add on to migrate properties from their existing WordPress site to this one.
– Map Search – As well as having list and grid views available, this add on also gives users the ability to view their property search results on map.
– Property Shortlist – Allows users to save properties of interest for quick access at a later date.
– BLM Export, Rightmove RTDF and Zoopla RTDF – Used to send their property stock automatically to various property portals.
