In October 2022, version 12 of the Vebra Alto API was released. The primary reason for the release was to cater for the recent changes announced by National Trading Standards.
We added support for these changes ourselves earlier in the year by adding fields on a property record for information, such as service charge and shared ownership information. As CRM’s have also added support for this information we’ve been updating our Property Import Add On accordingly, ensuring our agents are always complying with the legislations where possible.
Now with Vebra Alto releasing their new version of the API, and with Alto being one of the more popular estate agency CRM’s we see being used for property imports, we were keen to support this as soon as possible.
