Our most popular Property Hive add on, the Property Import add on, receives so many updates that a lot of them go under the radar. We don’t always announce these updates as sometimes they’re relatively minor or only effect a small percentage of users.
As a result we’re writing this post to highlight what updates have occurred over the past 3 months, grouped by estate agency CRM, so you can see the changes that have happened that are relevant to the CRM’s you use.
Street
- Generate your own EPC graph from EER/EIR ratings if no EPC graph URL is provided
- Add filter ‘propertyhive_street_api_base_url’ so Street base URL can be changed. We found that when in testing, the base URL might not always be the same
- Issue corrected with letting status not importing
- Added support for viewing URL button replacement meaning we can link to Street’s viewing booking functionality
- Added a new ‘Street Book Viewing Link’ Elementor widget
- Added support for Property Portal add on
- You can now import the tenure field
Reapit Foundations API
- Added filter ‘propertyhive_reapit_foundations_json_negotiators_on_every_request’ to allow negotiators to be requested every Reapit import, as opposed to once every 24 hours
- You can now import brochures
- Optimisations to the way in which properties are obtained to reduce API calls
Reapit / JET SOAP API
- Added price qualifier mapping to commercial properties
- Added support for Property Portal add on
BLM
- Ensure all BLMs are deleted when using remote BLM option after processing. Issues were encountered when multiple remote BLM feeds were in place.
- We’ll now import material info where present
Dezrez Rezi
- Added support for the Property Portal add on
- Only import properties with ‘ApprovedForMarketingWebsite’ flag
- Support for differing time zone formats when checking if a property has been updated or not since last import
Agency Pilot REST API
- Correct building name typo
