We’ve released a new update to our Locrating add on where you have to tick a box to specify you have a subscription. The functionality will then only work when this box is ticked.
For existing users, once you have updated to the new version, you will need to go into the settings of the plugin and tick this box.
This has been introduced following a number of installs from customers who did not have a Locrating subscription. As stated on our add on page, this is required to enable the add on to work.
