We’ve found that in the last 24 hours JET/ReapIT have made an update to their API which causes imports to Property Hive to fail. In this post we’ll look at what this change was and how to resolve the matter.
We heard earlier today from a client using our Property Import add on to import properties from JET that the imports were failing.
After further investigation we discovered that there has been a change made to their API and restrictions put in place regarding limiting the number of properties that can be obtained in one go.
We’ve put out an emergency fix and released version 1.0.90 of the add on. If you have a valid license key you can update right away to this new version through WordPress where, once updated, imports should resume as normal within the next few hours.
