As you can see it allows you to track the property, record details and track the status, as well as record which contractor is responsible for carrying out the work.
What’s also great is, if you allow landlords to login, they can also access their account and view the status of maintenance jobs on their properties.
This add on is especially useful for letting agents that don’t already use third party software to manage their properties. This is the first iteration of this add on so we’d love to hear your feedback and can’t wait to see how it progresses in the future.
