In November 2022 we introduced the ability to import properties in the Rightmove real-time format. This has been a huge success, with many estate agency CRM’s supporting the real-time format.
Why import properties in real-time?
Real-time property listings support accuracy and relevancy by making sure that your that property listings or amendments to them are reflected on the agent’s website immediately. It’s is a great way to give your agency a competitive edge in a fast moving market.
One of the CRM’s supporting the real-time format is Openview by VTUK/iamproperty. We’ve worked hard with their team to ensure maximum compatibility and now have multiple mutual estate agency clients benefitting from real-time updates to their WordPress website.
What do I need to do?
- Firstly, ensure you’re running at least version 1.3.29 of our Property Import Add On.
- Then follow the directions from our documentation where we guide you step-by-step on how to set this up.
