Version 2.1.5 is available for download now and contains updates to property search, new features for CRM users and lots more. Let’s take a look below at what’s new:
Viewing Cancellation Notification Emails
Using Property Hive as your estate agency CRM? This ones for you.
We’ve added the ability to notify everyone involved when a viewing is cancelled. Whether it’s the applicant, the owner or any attending negotiators, you can send them an email through Property Hive letting them know that the viewing has been cancelled.
On a cancelled viewing record you’ll now see some new actions on the right-hand side allowing you to send these:
You can customise the contents of these emails directly in the settings area under ‘Property Hive > Settings > Emails > Booking Confirmations & Cancellations‘ so you can tweak the wording to suit your brand or tone.
On top of this, we’ve added the option to specify whether the reason for a viewing being cancelled is made public. If you opt to make this public it will show in people’s account area, and it will be included in these cancellation emails mentioned earlier.
Smarter Address Search
We’ve improved how searching for addresses works on the frontend for your users.
Previously if someone searched for ‘NW1‘ for example, it would work fine. If someone searched for ‘London‘, it would work fine, but searching for both at the same time (‘NW1 London‘, ‘London NW1‘ or similar) might not have returned any results because that exact phrase didn’t exist in any of the property addresses.
Now, we’ve improved the logic surrounding searching for addresses and can confirm a search like this or similar would now return results meaning more chances of getting properties in front of potential buyers and renters.
Elementor Updates
With this version comes two improvements to existing Elementor widgets.
Within the Gallery widget we’ve added the option to choose the ratio of the output images:
In the Images widget we’ve also added a ‘None‘ option when choosing where the images should link to:
