We’ve just released version 1.1.23 of our Property Import add on. In this post we’ll look at what new functionality is included in this release.
Remote BLM Support
The BLM format was the very first format we added support for when we created the Property Import add on over 3 years ago.
During a standard BLM import the files would be sent to your server via FTP and would be processed from there. Some third parties however, such as XML2U, provide a direct URL to the BLM whereby we need to go and fetch it’s contents. We’ve now added support for this scenario by adding a new format to the list allowing you to input the URL to the BLM.
When setting up the automatic import simply choose ‘BLM File – Remote URL’ and enter the URL you’ve been provided:

– Corrected POA and rent frequency in Agency Pilot JSON format
– Corrected wrong field name being used in EstatesIT setup
– Corrected potential parse error in BLM format after recent geocoding amend
– Corrected log regarding number of virtual tours imported in 10ninety and BLM formats
