Email Templates
Send Merged Emails From Property Hive
Against each record you’ll see a ‘Send Email’ action. When clicked you’ll have the option to choose the recipient, and the template which will then prefill the subject and body.
Customisable Templates
You’ll have the ability to create as many templates as needed to fit your agency. Set the subject, edit the body with merge tags, and select what areas of Property Hive the template is applicable too so they only show when applicable.
Preview Before You Send
You’ll have the ability to preview the email before it’s sent so you can ensure it looks and reads as you require.
View Previous Emails Sent
When an email is sent it will go into the records ‘History & Notes’ section where you can see when it was sent, who sent it, and what exactly was sent.
