We can hardly believe that it’s been almost a year since the last Negotiator Awards. These annual awards hold a special place for us as we marvel at the talent in the proptech space and admire all of your wonderful websites.
Last year was no different; in fact, it was even sweeter for us as Property Hive took gold in the Marketing Supplier of the Year category. It’s safe to say that we were on cloud 9. So, in case you missed it, here’s the picture of us collecting our award and looking really happy about it!
The Categories
There’s 34 awards up for grabs this year. These cover a wide range of recognition for estate and letting agents, as well as industry suppliers, with specific awards for technology, sustainability, innovation, and professional services.
The Negotiator has kindly made it free to enter this year in a bid to make the awards as inclusive as possible and we are totally here for this.
We are very pleased to say that we’ve been shortlisted in three categories this year. Let’s check them out!
1. Supplier of the Year – Products and Services (Marketing)
This category recognises those who provide excellent marketing services to estate and lettings agents.
Property Hive has a suite of tools that equip agents and WordPress web developers with the means to elevate their marketing efforts, streamline processes, and deliver results for their clients. These tools encompass everything from advanced property search functionality, website design and customisation, property listings management and more.
2. Supplier of the Year (Technology) – Apps
This category is open to tech companies creating apps and plug-ins. These add to an agency’s CRM software systems or function independently to address and improve particular processes and functions in residential sales and lettings.
The Property Hive plug-ins have been designed to simplify the day to day and enhance the business operations of estate agents. Our plug-in’s cover anything from core website functionality to property import, portal feeds and our very own CRM.
3. Supplier of the Year (Technology) – Agency software
This category is open to companies providing full agency management CRM software platforms (SaaS) – lettings, sales or both).
The Property Hive CRM is the UK’s only free, open source CRM designed specifically for estate agents. Enhanced by 21 additional premium add ons, our CRM is a budget friendly, scalable and flexible option for agents. If you’re interested, we’ve just launched our new CRM playground area which gives you access to your very own test installation to have a play with!
The Awards Ceremony
The 2024 Negotiator Awards ceremony will take place at the prestigious Grosvenor House Hotel in London on 29th November. As is tradition, the event will be preceded by the 2024 Negotiator Conference. This promises to be full day of insightful learning, professional coaching, and valuable networking opportunities.
