Free gives you the essentials for displaying and searching properties on your WordPress website.
Import enables automatic property imports from your estate agency CRM, so you can keep your website up to date without entering properties twice.

The core Property Hive plugin is also free, so you can get started for free without a PRO subscription.

For our Import and All Features plans, you can choose a licence for 1, 3 or 10 websites, depending on how many sites you need to use Property Hive on.
Yes. If you need to run a staging or development site alongside your live website, just get in touch . We can temporarily extend your licence activation allowance to cover it.
Yes. You can change your Property Hive plan or the number of website licences at any time.
If you upgrade, you’ll only pay the difference for the remainder of your current billing period. Your new subscription price will then apply from your next annual renewal date.
If you downgrade, the change will take effect from your next annual renewal date.
Yes. Property Hive PRO subscriptions renew automatically each year, so you’ll continue to receive access to your PRO features, updates and support.
You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date.
Yes. You can cancel your Property Hive PRO subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged again.
If you cancel your Property Hive PRO subscription, you can continue using your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
After your subscription expires, your paid features will stop working and you’ll no longer receive priority support. The free Property Hive plugin and any free add-ons will continue to work as normal.
If Property Hive isn’t right for you, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, with payments securely processed by Stripe.
No. Property Hive subscriptions are managed through our online billing system and need a payment method linked to your account, so we don’t accept payment by invoice or bank transfer.
After each payment, we’ll automatically email you a VAT invoice for your records. You can update your payment method at any time from your account. your account.
Property Hive prices are shown in GBP (£) excluding VAT. Any applicable tax will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
If you purchased individual paid add ons before 23 October 2023, you can continue using them under our legacy pricing model.
If you have a legacy licence key, you’ll continue to receive updates for that add on. If you don’t have a licence key, the add on will continue to work, but you won’t receive future updates.
You can also purchase a legacy licence key for any individual paid add ons you bought under the old pricing model.
