The Property Hive core plugin can be accessed for free. The core plugin includes the core components of a property website including property search and property results pages.
A PRO subscription is required in order to use enhanced features such as the Property Import add on, portal feeds and website tools such as map search.
We don’t offer a demo version for trial, however we do have a refund policy which lets you cancel your purchase and offers a refund during the first 30 days. This means that you can try PRO for a month before deciding if you want to keep it or not.
The core Property Hive plugin can be downloaded for free here.
Yes, you can upgrade to a different package OR a different number of licenses at any time.
When you upgrade, you’ll be charged the difference to cover the remainder of your current billing period. From your next annual billing date, you’ll be charged the new subscription amount.
If you are going to operate a staging site alongside a production/live site please get in touch with the details of what you require. We will temporarily extend your activation allowance to cover this scenario.
We manage all Property Hive subscriptions through our online billing system, so every subscription needs a payment method linked to the account. That means we don’t accept payment by invoice or bank transfer.
After each payment, we’ll automatically email you a VAT invoice for your records.
Need to update your payment method? You can do that at any time from your account.
We use Stripe to manage our payments. Stripe can accept all major credit and debit cards from customers in any country.
All prices listed on our website are displayed in Great British Pounds excluding Value Added Tax.
