Welcome to Property Hive. These Terms of Service govern your use of our software and subscription services. By signing up for our services, you agree to abide by these terms.
Please note that these Terms of Service are only applicable to those using our Pro* Subscription services.
*Pro is our current subscription which has been in place since October 2023.
We offer a 7 day free trial for new subscribers. After the trial ends, your selected plan will be automatically billed unless cancelled before the trial expires.
Subscription fees are charged in advance on an annual basis using the payment method provided at checkout.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
We are not responsible for any third party charges incurred in connection with our services, including but not limited to fees from Google, payment processors, or other external platforms.
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee from the date of the first paid billing. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund.
Refunds are not available beyond the 30 day money back period.
You may cancel anytime before your next billing cycle through your account or by contacting info@wp-property-hive.com.
Beyond the money back period, refunds are strictly limited to a 14 day grace period for renewals and will not be provided for partial use of the subscription.
If you believe an unauthorised charge has occurred, please contact us at info@wp-property-hive.com before filing a chargeback.
Filing a chargeback in violation of these terms may result in account suspension.
We reserve the right to provide all relevant evidence, including your agreement to these terms, usage logs, and prior communication, to dispute any fraudulent chargebacks.
By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that initiating a dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in the termination of your account and future service eligibility.
We may update our pricing or terms at any time. Continued use of our service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
