As the founder of PropertyHive, today marks a significant and proud day in my life, and in the life of PropertyHive’s development as we release our very first theme, titled ‘Honey’.
PropertyHive was released to the world over 6 months ago and releasing themes has always been the next biggest and logical step for us. Themes allow developers and agents to get a site up and running instantly without having to fiddle around with, and understand, the code.

More About ‘Honey‘
Honey is a customisable theme that is already integrated into PropertyHive. Simply install and activate the theme and you’ll have an estate agency site up and running in just a few clicks. All that’s left for you to do is change a few settings (colour scheme, change the logo etc), upload or import your property stock and your set.
The theme comes with a variety of standard templates, include a homepage, content page, valuation page, contact us, blog, and more.
In this first version of the theme there are 6 generic colour schemes available to choose from to get you started, however creating your own colour scheme is easy to achieve with a little bit of coding knowledge. It’s also fully responsive meaning it will function on tablets and mobiles.
The future of Property Hive themes
Now we have this first theme available it really gives us a platform to leapfrog from in order to release more themes, each different from the last. We’ll be releasing new themes every few months, as well as going back and improving the ones we’ve released already. We already have some great ideas and can’t wait to extend the range available.
