Your pricing questions answered

  • Do I need a PRO subscription to use Property Hive?

    The Property Hive core plugin can be accessed for free. The core plugin includes the core components of a property website including property search and property results pages.

    A PRO subscription is required in order to use enhanced features such as the Property Import add on, portal feeds and website tools such as map search.

     
  • Do you offer trial periods?

    We don’t offer a demo version for trial, however we do have a refund policy which lets you cancel your purchase and offers a refund during the first 30 days. This means that you can try PRO for a month before deciding if you want to keep it or not.

    The core Property Hive plugin can be downloaded for free here.

     
  • Can I upgrade my subscription?

    Yes, you can upgrade to a different package OR a different number of licenses at any time.

    When you upgrade, you’ll be charged the difference to cover the remainder of your current billing period. From your next annual billing date, you’ll be charged the new subscription amount.

     
  • I reset/reverted my site and now I can't activate my license key.

    If you’ve entered your license key and then reverted your site to a previous version before the license key was entered, you’ll need to first deactivate your license key from within the ‘License Keys’ tab of the ‘My Account’ area on the Property Hive website.

    Once deactivated, please then try activating it again on your website.

     
  • Can I use my license on a staging/development website?

    If you are going to operate a staging site alongside a production/live site please get in touch with the details of what you require. We will temporarily extend your activation allowance to cover this scenario.

     
  • I've purchased Property Hive add ons in the past. Do I need a PRO subscription now?

    If you are a legacy user (meaning that you purchased products/support license key prior to us releasing PRO on 23.10.2023), you do not need PRO to continue using Property Hive. You have lifetime access to all products that you have bought previously.

    Please note that in order to continue accessing updates to purchased add ons and priority support, you do need to maintain a legacy support license key.

    If you don’t have a legacy license key or you’d like to upgrade your legacy license to a PRO package to unlock more features, email info@wp-property-hive.com to discuss this with us.

     
  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We use Stripe to manage our payments. Stripe can accept all major credit and debit cards from customers in any country.

     
  • What about taxation and currencies?

    All prices listed on our website are displayed in Great British Pounds excluding Value Added Tax.

    Your tax will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
